What I love most about what I do is getting to the truth and heart of a problem.   Many people come to see me and they are hurting or confused or are just at the very end of themselves.  They want to understand why they do what they do.  They want to rid themselves of the shame and guilt they carry.  They often want to sleep at night...  I see that and I understand that.  I love being able to explore those feelings with people, when they think that their friends, have grown tired of hearing them or they just think, they can’t burden the people they love, with them anymore.  I was born and raised in London and worked through many personal traumas, losing my father to Thrombosis at 7 years old, attempting suicide at 18 and losing my first born child to Pre-eclampsia; these experiences and more, have all informed my practice as a therapist. They have allowed me the precious insight into the experiences of pain, trauma, how to get through it, over come it and be free to thrive!
